Founded in 1991, we opened the doors to our first Fresca's Authentic Mexican Kitchen in Costa Mesa, California. While relatively small and off the main thoroughfare, the restaurant quickly grew a devoted following. It became obvious that great, authentic food quality and value were most important in developing loyal guests.
Our approach to food quality and preparation is the single most important aspect of our brand and we use only the finest ingredients. We have stayed true to our "Fresca's Beliefs & Values" for over 25 years and that involves serving great food that originated in Mexico, was perfected in California, and is enjoyed by the masses!
